Margot Griffin is a New England native who hates the cold and loves palm trees. She lives in Dunedin, FL with her husband, preschooler, and new puppy, Scupper. Margot has a degree in studio art from Trinity College, where she focused on oil painting and architectural studies. She also studied wooden yacht restoration after having worked on Tall Ships along the eastern seaboard. While sailing and starting Inky Fingers Calligraphy, she spent 7 years working as an eco tour guide aboard kayaks and paddle boards. As you can see, she enjoys working with her hands!

The beauty of technology allows work of a certain size to be turned into other products and replicated, for example as postcards or a coffee mug. Colored pencil, pen and ink, or other types of paint are always available and line drawings can be done on fabric, wood, slate, or even round objects! Commissioned work is usually booked several weeks ahead of when it’s needed, so please plan accordingly.
